What is a knowledge base?

A knowledge base is a collection of information that is organized in a structured way. It can include FAQs, documentation, web pages, and more. Knowledge bases are essential for providing accurate and relevant information to your customers.

How to train your AI on your knowledge base?

You can ingest your knowledge base into Open with the following steps:

Login to Open

You can log in to Open using your email and password.

Navigate to the Knowledge Base page

It’s available on the left side of the Open dashboard.

Add a new knowledge base

You will see a popup with all the available integrations. Select the one you want to use and follow the instructions to add your knowledge base.
