What is This?

Sometimes, you may want to define the topics that you do not want the AI to handle. This can be useful when you want to handle certain topics yourself (by real agent) or when you want to provide a more personalized experience for your customers.

Once you define the topics that you do not want the AI to handle, the AI will not respond to those topics and will tirgger the handoff event, read more about this feature in the Human Handoff section.

How to Enable this Feature?

but overall, this feaure will show up as a system plugin in the copilot dashboard.
